This is another instance where this is technically correct. However, native speakers would not speak in such a clunky sort of way. They would instead say something like: "God bless all who have helped me" or "God bless all who have given their valuable time to me."

A comma would be placed before "and" because this conjunction is combining two independent clauses. The word research would be a better fit here instead of search. Thorough is an adjective so it must be paired with a noun (research), or if search is kept, it must be changed to searching, and thorough must be changed to thoroughly (an adverb).
