I miss the days when I can take a bath

I have been liven in foreign country for almost one year.When I came here spent 3
month ,I really missed a bath and I haven't missed recently but two days ago, our shower was only produceing cold water so that , I am really missing now.It happened half a year ago.I love refreshing in a bath but now, I can't. I heard something that similar thing to "Onsen "温泉 , in other country but when I go into that , I have to wear swimming cloth.
I recomend to go to a 温泉 when you have a opportunity to go to Japan.

A bath = one bath
Baths = the general idea/concept of baths

It happened half a year ago.

What did?

I used to love refreshing in a bath but now, I can't.

Use "used to" for repeated past actions that are no longer happening.

I heard something that similar thing to "Oabout things similar to onsen "(温泉 ,) in other countryies but when I go into that , I have to wear swimming clothes.

I recomend to go to a 温泉 when you have an opportunity to go to Japan.

Use "an" before an noun starting with a vowel --> an apple, an elephant, an octopus
Use "a" before a noun starting with a consonant --> a bath, a tree, a cat

"It happend half a year ago." in this sentence, I wanted to write "The same thing happened half a year ago ".the same thing is our shower only producing cold water.

No worries :) Maybe for that sentence you could write: "The shower did the same thing 6 months ago as well."
