Oh God, thank you for giving us a new day.
You saved me from death, saved me from tears, and saved my feet from falling.
From the day I was born, you chose me.
Let us come before you today with a heart full of gratitude.
Oh God, grant me peace and joy, and protect me from the disturbance of Satan.
Oh God, please bestow upon us peace and joy.
Lead us to live in your will.
Social media and other such things belong to Satan.
Today I will turn off my phone for a day.
God will open my eyes and allow me to calm down and read His words.
Man does not live by bread alone, but by the word of God.

神啊，感谢你赐予新的一天。
你救我免于死亡，救我免于流泪，救我的脚免于跌倒。
从我出生的那一天起，你就拣选了我。
让我们今天带着感恩的心来到你的面前。
神啊，求你赐下平安与喜乐，使我免受撒旦的搅扰。
