I sleep very well. I don't consume any coffein at all, so I think it might be contributing to my superb sleep quality. Lately, I've been going to bed around 11 pm and waking up at 8 am. Sometimes, the glaring sun might intrude into my sleep and wake me up bit earlier, but it's not critical. If I am getting less than 8 hours of sleep, it can adversely influence my ability to focus and worsen my performance at training. Since I stay very active and do some kind of physical exercise daily, it's essential for me to get enough rest every night and let my muscles recover. I noticed that interacting with any kind of screens later than one hour before the bedtime makes me fall asleep longer. Therefore, I always try to not watch TV and turn off my phone approximately an hour before going to sleep. Instead, I read a book or write something in my diary.
I don't consume any coaffeine at all, so I think it might be contributing to my superb sleep quality.

Not 100% sure if you mean later here, or if you mean as a by-effect of falling asleep later, you are asleep longer into the next day :)

"critical" sounds too extreme for the circumstance
