I asked ChatGPT the same question. It told me is output.
but I think it is a system about learning English. Like words, grammer, speaking, writing.
And If I just output frenquitly with my error English, It will make my English worst.

Removed "like" to make "English" apply as an adjective to this list of nouns in the same sentence.
The last item in a list of 3 or more has an "and" before it.
And If I just output frenquiently with my errorneous English, Iit will make my English worste.
If I just output frequently with my erroneous English, it will make my English worse.
Starting a sentence with "and," "or," or "but" is grammatically correct and would pass in day-to-day, casual speech, but it should be avoided in academic and professional writing.
"Error" is a noun; "erroneous" is the adjective form that can be applied to "English."
"Worst" is an absolute superlative; you would use the relative superlative "worse" here.

In my opinion, input and output with your target language are both really important. Making errors is a natural (albeit uncomfortable) part of getting better with outputting language (even when learning your first language as a kid!). I'm studying Spanish and have kind of hit a wall where I can understand quite a bit but freeze when it comes time to output the language myself (especially aloud). I think I would be in a much better place now if I had made sure to develop my input/output skills simultaneously.

Note that the correct usage is "its" and not "it's". The word "it's" is used to say "it is".

I am not sure what you are trying to say here. If you are trying to say that AI/ChatGPT will give you bad outputs and will make your English worse, you can say: "And if ChatGPT outputs English with errors, it will make my English worse."

Well done! (And I agree with you, we need a lot of input to be able to make accurate output.)
