How to practice my speaking? I learned English by myself and there are no English teachers around me, so it is very difficult to practice my spoken English. Somebody told me I can speak English to myself with a mirror, but it seems really ridiculous to do that. Hiring teachers to practice with them is really expensive, I can't afford it. I once thought of a method that I think is very smart, which is writing. I do think if I write well I will speak well. After almost practicing it for a year, my writing indeed got better, but my speaking was still terrible. It seems it has nothing to do with my speaking. The final goal of learning English is to speak. I have to hire teachers.
