Wriring Challange, June 2nd
That's a very tough question to answer because I love food, but for this exercise, I'll have to make up my mind. First of all, I'm not sure if I should write about one meal of the day, or one meal in general. If the former is the question, I would say breakfast! But I'd like to write about the latter. I come from Iran, so if I'm about to choose a Persian food, I would go for a very delicious dish that is made with eggplants called eggplant stew. Depending on one's taste, the ingredients and the preparation might be slightly different, like omitting the meat or garlic, but it's usually made using eggplants, tomato, onions, meat, garlic, and spices like saffron. It's served with or without rice. I would choose to eat it with rice for this question.

Your original phrasing wasn't necessarily incorrect, but you would say 'That's a very tough question to answer' if someone had asked you directly in conversation. When responding in this case (ie. a written essay), it makes more sense to write 'This is a very tough question to answer', although both make sense grammatically.

This is incredibly good - I wouldn't say you are at an intermediate level of English, potentially closer to upper intermediate or even close to fluent. I was being very nitpicky because overall this piece was awesome - keep up the good work :) I mainly added stylistic points considering that this is a written piece, so I wanted to make it more readable. Otherwise, spectacular job! :)
