If you say "Me encuentro", it would be the same as "I find myself", but you are trying to say you find something else difficult. When we say "indicaciones", we mean directions or instructions. But here, prompts is more like themes or ideas to write about, which would be "temas". Also, we are not creating them, which would be "crear". They are already there, and we are thinking about them.
