This is true in China, but I don't know why. Chinese are yellow race and they have hardly seen black people before. While delicate skin is considered to have nice skin so far. On the contrary, I know Westerners consider black skin nice and they often get their skin tanned. Maybe this is a cultural difference and you can't tell the reason because the culture has been formed for a long time and it itself is so complicated. In my opinion, no matter whether white people, black people or yellow people, as long as they are healthy, that's okay. Along with the opening-up of China and the deepening of global communication, I believe Chinese people will change their opinion on what nice skin is.
