I opened lango correct in a long time.
I reflected on the fact that recently I was lazy and didn't study,
Because of summer vacation , I want to change good situation to study words and subjects.
Although I did nothing today.
Anyway how does people that post lang correct study words?

I second araigoshi's recommendation. Reading helps a lot. Anki for SRS anything you really want to cram. But reading, find something you want to read that works for your level, not too hard and interesting. Could also browse through other English writings from other Japanese learners and look at the English corrections to those writings. Best of luck!!!!

You could try out Natively (it's for English speakers learning Japanese - reading) it also has some other languages in Beta but nothing Japanese to English, but it might be a good resource if you are looking for book ideas. the Wanikani forums have bookclubs (also English speakers learning Japanese) but as possible options for reading.

Personally for learning words, I started with SRS (Anki and later Wanikani - though Wanikani is specifically for people learning Japanese), and once I had a basic foundation, I read a lot.

Welcome back to Lang Correct! I'm also fairly new here and understand the struggle of staying consistent.
But remember, learning a new language is hard and it takes time, so focusing on the little steps is what matters. You're doing great so far.
I'm trying to learn Japanese myself, so I understand the struggles! To memorize Japanese words I use Anki flashcards [ https://apps.ankiweb.net/ ], I'm having a great experience using it. However, I don't know if its good for English words.
Another tip that could help with consistency is having pre-made journal prompts. Use ChatGPT or online resources to have a list of prompts ready for you to write about. Think of prompts like "What did you eat today?" or "What did you dream last night?" that way it's easier to start writing!
Anyways, you're doing amazing!
