Ich hasse Kartoffelsuppe. Es hat eine seltsam Textur. Es ist auch fade.

My favorite food is seafood. I like lobster rolls. New England has lobster rolls. I also like hot pot. Hot pot is Chinese food.

I hate potato soup. It has a weird texture. It is also bland.

hot pot = Feuertopf (oder auch Hot Pot)

Heißer Topf ist chinesisches Essen.

Heißer TFeuertopf ist chinesisches Essen. Feuertopf ist chinesisches Essen.

Besser: Feuertopf ist ein chinesisches Gericht. (Gericht = dish)

Ich hasse Kartoffelsuppe.

EsSie hat eine seltsam Texture Konsistenz. Sie hat eine seltsame Konsistenz.

"Textur" bezeichnet eher die Beschaffenheit einer Oberfläche. "Sie" statt "es", denn es bezieht sich auf "die" Kartoffelsuppe.
