dDe Goulle complained that it's impossible to run the country which has 246 kinds of cheese. De Goulle complained that it's impossible to run the country which has 246 kinds of cheese.

Adam Smith told that the more crafts has a town, the richer it is.

Adam Smith told that the more crafts has a town has, the richer it is. Adam Smith told that the more crafts a town has, the richer it is.

I would have personally used 'said that' instead of 'told that', but both are correct

The more complicated is the system, the it's more easy to be free for one inside it.

The more complicated is the system is, the it's more easyeasier it is to be free for someone inside it. The more complicated the system is, the easier it is to be free for someone inside it.

'one inside it' is correct but sounds incredibly formal (google received pronunciation). When using an adjective to compare something, the adjective needs to be in the comparative.

And therefore that society is more liveable.

And vice versa: the simpler are the system and the society, the easier its to run it, and the more poor it is.

And vice versa: the simpler are the system and the society are, the easier it is to run it, and the mpoore poor it is. And vice versa: the simpler the system and the society are, the easier it is to run it, and the poorer it is.

'more poor' could be considered correct but I would stay consistent with the previous clause and use the comparative again.
