Haha, I got it. Thank you guys for using two different languages to express the meaning of that video to me.
When I first watched that video, I was not sure if that guy in the first clip was a man or not because apart from his long hair, I couldn't see any female features on him. Moreover, if it's a woman, how could she do that kind of practice-there was no place in her hip hanging that weight, so I tended more to think that guy was a man. For the second clip, I could only see that man's upper body. I knew he was lifted from the ground by a force above his lower body, but I knew nothing about what happened to his lower body, so I didn't get the meaning of that video.
I tend to make sure of everything before making a conclusion, and now I don't think it is a good habit.

Now I see, that video was telling a dirty joke.
In the first clip, a woman was practicing lifting a weight repeatedly using her hip in order to make it very powerful (you can imagine where she used to hang that weight.)
In the second clip, a man was lying on a mat but you could only see his upper body. The man was lifted up from the mat by a force that was above his lower body repeatedly (combine with the first clip, you can guess what the force is.)
This video was posted on a WeChat group that I am in. I didn't get its meaning at first, but I finally got it with the help of two other group members.
