Yesterday, I went to Satte city to see Cherry blossoms. That city is famous for the beautiful flowers and great place to Ohanami. So my boyfriend took me there by car. In the evening, I saw a musical which my cousin played. She is a music college student. That story, songs, costumes and set are made by that college students. But I think that quality is very high like professional. That performed only yesterday but it took one and half years for preparing! I feel that mottainai.
Today, I worked at my office and met some new hires. They are so fresh and energetic! I don’t want to forget that first feeling.

Thate story, songs, costumes and set awere made by thate college students. The story, songs, costumes and set were made by the college students.

Because it happened yesterday, it is better to use the past tense.

Thate story, songs, costumes and set awere made by that college students. The story, songs, costumes and set were made by that college students.

I would use the definite article rather than the demonstrative. Would say 'were' as we are talking about the past.

Thate story, songs, costumes and set are made by that college students. The story, songs, costumes and set are made by college students.

You wouldn't say "that college students", because (a) that is for singular entities (those is the plural equivalent), but also (b) you haven't yet introduced any specific set of college students. "that/those" are usually referring back to some already mentioned thing(s). Even though you've mentioned one college student, you can't use "those" as you haven't mentioned the group.

Thate story, songs, costumes, and set are all made by that college studentstudents from that college, but I think the quality is very high, as if done by professionals. I feel that mottainaithe chance was too good to waste. I feel that the chance was too good to waste.

I feel that mottainai's too much. I feel that's too much.

もったいない is a hard one to translate between English and Japanese. Like a dictionary would tell you "wasteful" or "can't be helped", but I don't think either of them quite work here. Wasteful comes off more judgemental than もったいない does, and can't be helped isn't really right here as feels like it's unfortunate that it took so long to prepare. So I took a little bit of a liberty and said "too much" which comes off kind of like すぎる in Japanese, but I think is a more natural way to express this in English.

I feel that is such a waste, in other words "mottainai." I feel that is such a waste, in other words "mottainai."

I feel that mottainaiit is a waste. I feel that it is a waste.

I am not sure, if this is the correct translation but I know that "mottainai" means being wasted.

Super small subtlety here: "My office" can sound like you own or run the office, while "the office" is more commonly used when just referring to the office you work at.

Yesterday, I went to Satte city to see Cthe cherry blossoms. Yesterday, I went to Satte city to see the cherry blossoms.

Yesterday, I went to Satte cCity to see Ccherry blossoms. Yesterday, I went to Satte City to see cherry blossoms.

Generally "X City" is treating "City" as part of the name of the city, so it gets capitalised. If you were just using city as a descriptor, you could say "I went to the city of Satte", then it wouldn't be capitalised. "cherry blossom" is a categorical noun and not a name of one thing, so doesn't get capitalised.

Yesterday, I went to Satte city to see the Cherry blossoms. Yesterday, I went to Satte city to see the Cherry blossoms.

花見 can be translated one of two ways to English. You can say hanami, as a noun, (and usually italicised, though LangCorrect doesn't support formatting) which focuses more on the customary nature of it along with the Japanese-ness, or just cherry blossom viewing or flower viewing which focuses on the practical activity involved. Most of the time, in translations intended for English speakers, they go with one of the latter two options, because most English speakers are not aware of the practice. The transliterated version is only used when you want to emphasise "They're doing this in Japan, as part of a Japanese thing" However, even if you are using hanami as just a transliteration to emphasises the specific event, it sounds very strange to try to use it as a verb in English.
