Fresh air load is a kind of cooling loads. When the outdoor air enthalpy and temperature are higher than that are indoor in summer, to handle the fresh air, the chiller have to consume cooling capacity. As the fresh intakes, the extra cooling load is fresh load. ( I'm really weak in explaining this.)
There are three principles for the fresh air load centainty:
First, it must satisfy human hygiene requirements.
Second, additional indoor combustion air consumption, and local exhaust volume.
Third, ensure the AC room's positive pressure requirements.
BTW, I dislike the V3 version of langcorrect. It UC is ugly, and it is also inconvenient.

Fresh air load is a kind of cooling loads.
When the outdoor air enthalpy and temperature are higher outdoors than thatey are indoorside, like in summer, then to handle the fresh air, the chiller haves to consume cooling capacity.
The grammatical way to say what you wanted is, I *think*, "when the outdoor air enthalpy and temperature are higher than those indoors", but it's a bit awkward and I'm not certain it's correct. Difficult construct. Better to rephrase.
AsThe extra cooling load generated by the fresh air intakes, the extra cooling load is is called the fresh air load.
I think this is what you mean!
( I'm really weak in explaining this. )
I think I'm figuring it out - difficult subject :)
There are three principles foto consider twhen accounting for fresh air load centainty:
I have absolutely no idea what you want to express with "centainty". It's not a word, and I don't know what word you wanted.
First, it must satisfy human hygiene requirements.
Second, additional indoor combustion air consumption, and local exhaust volume.
"combustion" is fire, I'm not sure if that's what you wanted. This is a difficult sentence to understand.
Third, ensure the AC room'sair conditioned rooms meet positive pressure requirements.
I think. Use more words! :)
BTW, I dislike the V3 version of langcorrect.
Its UCI is ugly, and it is also inconvenient.
Probably? UI = user interface, the way all the buttons and stuff is organised.
