Recently, I read a book called GRIT by Angela Duckworth. The book talks about the key answers to achieve goals. The writer studied the "success" people in different fields, analyzing what quality they have. The book tried to prove that be successful does not have to equip with high IQ. Instead, many study indicates that successful people have a high performance on grits. That is to say, the persistent effort is the most relevant quality for achievement.
