So, today is sunday, I normally stay in my bedroom, because I guess a lazy day, upside at my desk there are black notebook, a white mini fan, some colorful clothes, some pens, pencil, rubber, a black desk lamp, a white power strip and my cellphone.
Então, hoje é domingo, eu normalmente fico no meu quarto, porque eu acho que é um dia de preguiça, em cima da minha escrivaninha há um notebook preto, um mini ventilador branco, alguma roupas coloridas, algumas canetas, lápis, borracha, uma luminária preta, um filtro de linha branco e meu celular.

Run-on sentence. It is better to make many short sentences instead of making 1 large mega sentence.
Even though you are listing multiple items, you take the verb form of "to be" based off of whether the items in the list are singular or plural. There is one notebook and one mini fan, so you would use "is" here.
Fun note: Rubber is only for British English. If you go to the US, it would be called an eraser.
Where I am from we were taught that you put a comma "," after every item except the last in a list of items. This includes the one before the "and." I have heard there are some other forms of English that omit that last comma, the one right before the "and." I marked it based on what I was taught at least.
