While raising a pet, I found that I had a hair allergy.

While raisingen I had a pet, I found that I had a haifur allergy. When I had a pet, I found that I had a fur allergy.

While raisingen I had a pet, I found out that I had a hair allergy'm allergic to [dogs/cats/most animals]. When I had a pet, I found out that I'm allergic to [dogs/cats/most animals].

You can say pet allergy or fur allergy, but it sounds a bit awkward to me. It's much more common to just say what kind of animals you're allergic to.

So, I don't have a pet and never plan to raise one.

So, I don't have a pet and never think about raising one.

So, I don't have a pet and never think about raishaving one. So, I don't have a pet and never think about having one.

So, I don't have a pet and never think about raisgetting one. So, I don't have a pet and never think about getting one.

To sound more natural, you can also connect the two sentences: ...I found out I'm allergic, so I don't have a pet...
