I decided that I will do it , because I thought it is goot opportunity to practice of presentation and speaking in English and I wrote about Finland trip in my dialy befor , so it help to make presentation.
I don't have any homeworks except making presentation of Finland trip, witch means I can study mathematics and other subject more than usual.

In this class, the teacher told me that I can talk about my Finland trip if I want to after the Easter break.
You generally tell someone about something, eg. "tell them about my trip"
Alternatively, you can just talk about something
You could say "my Finland trip" OR "the Finland trip", both would work
THE break = the specific upcoming break

The teacher said that it doesn't mean that there is no selection I can choose, just that I can make the decision whether I will talk or not.
Capitalise the first letter of a sentence
Not 100% sure what you mean by selection here? I was thinking: "The teacher said that this doesn't mean I can't chose any topic, just that I can make the decision whether I will talk or not"
I decided that I will do it , because I thoughtink it is a gootd opportunity to practice of presentationg and speaking in English and I wrote about Finland trip in my dialry befor ehand, so it will help to make the presentation.
I decided that I will do it, because I think it is a good opportunity to practice presentating and speaking in English and I wrote about Finland trip in my diary beforehand, so it will help to make the presentation.
I thought --> presumably you still think this, and the event is still upcoming, so the reasoning would be in the present tense, eg. "I think the trip will be good", "I think dinner will be tasty", "I think the presentation will be helpful"
I don't have any homeworks except for making the presentation of the Finland trip, whitch means I can study mathematics and other subject more than usual.
I don't have any homework except for making the presentation of the Finland trip, which means I can study mathematics and other subject more than usual.
We never add an "s" to homework, so can just same "any homework", "some homework", or "no homework"
Witch = an old lady who can do magic
Which = connector word
