New style hot-pot restaurant
My city is well recognized as the home of hot-pot in China. It's easy and popular to see hot-pot restaurants piled on both sides of the streets. They also face sharp competition, in most cases, they serve spicy ingredients. While having hot pot, local people would generally have some local beers and alcohol.
A new style hot-pot restaurant, however, opened just two years. They serve coffee instead of beer and alcohol. They built a modern designed counter in the dining hall, providing ground coffee for customers. Additionally, their hot pot is categorized as four degrees based on the severity of the spicy. It's a fresh-style hot-pot for us, and they are welcomed by some youth and visitors from other cities.
As time passes, everything is evolving rapidly, including the restaurant field.

My first thought was that I wouldn't like a hot drink with hotpot, and then I remembered that tea exists ... so I guess coffee is fine too.
