My present job responsabilities

Responsibilities:
. Front-end team leader at the company. My main responsibilities include training new team members by introducing the technologies and frameworks we use, as well as explaining the company's systems, their features, and our work methods. I am also responsible for planning tasks, prioritizing demands, and organizing the development workflow using agile methodologies on the Asana platform.
. Development and coordination of the final phase of the new company's new police operations monitoring system, Simce 3. I presented the system to future users and defined deadlines for both the beta and final versions. In addition, I take part in planing the company's future projects by suggesting suitable technologies, development best practices, and workflows to be adopted.
. I identified a recurring issue in our development workflow: the lack of automated tests. I proposed adding tests and began implementing end-to-end (E2E) and components tests on the front-end using Cypress, aiming to increase system reliability and make maintenance easier.
