Note that you either can space or not space -어/아 봤자 and the two are equally correct.
As per standard prescriptive grammar rules, spacing is the rule ("원칙") but not spacing is also allowed ("허용").
While this is NOT a golden rule, you may find that people tend to not space these in casual speech or in literary works, whereas they are more likely to space them in formal writing.

2. 그것을 아무리 바라 봤자 아무리 이루어지지 않을 거예요.

바닥이라도 앉을래요 is wrong. Because you'd say 바닥'에' 앉다, you'd say 바닥'에'라도 앉을래요.

7. 차가 고장이 나서 버스나 탈 뿐이에요.

What is the intended meaning? I think there might be a better way to phrase this.

8. 아무나 자신의 생각을 말하고 제안을 할 수 있어요.

Naturalness-wise, the parallel structure in your original sentence is a bit dubious. I think it would be more natural to give each verb an object (자신의 생각 for 말하다, split 제안 / 하다 for 제안하다).

9. 경기장에는 아무것도 가져오지 못해면 안 돼요.

To denote that you aren't allowed to do something (not that you are physically unable), you can use 면 안 되다.
Alternatively, for a more advanced grammar point, you can also say "아무것도 가져오지 못하게 되어 있어요." Look up the -게 되어 있다 grammar point if you wish you find out more about it.

이것도 이상하게 들려요. "전공을 선택하는 것이 걱정되지만 나중에 바꿀 수 있어요." 아니면 정말 "- 봤자"를 사용하고 싶으면 "나중에 바꿀 수 있어서 전공 선택을 지금 걱정해 봤자 소용이 없다." 이런 식으로 바꿀 거예요.
