No need to capitalize every word of a title

Aujourd'hui mes examens commencent.

Aujourd'hui, c'était l'examenn de Teltélougou.

Language names aren't capitalized => le télougou, le hindi, le sanskrit, le malayalam, le gujarati...
"télougou" would also be a far better translitteration to fit French phonology

L'exam c'était un peu de difficile.,

"un peu" in this case is an adverb modifying an adjective, so you don't need "de" as you would in front of a noun
I'd also connect this sentence to the following (cause and consequence)

Aalors, je dois mieux réviser/étudier maintenant.

Studying in the purpose of passing an exam => réviser

Je dois aller étudier maintenant.

Je suis juste venu ici pour la séquencécrire mon texte quotidien/pour ne pas perdre mon nombre de publications à la suite.

There's no easy translation of "streak", what I wrote literally means: "so as to write my daily text/so as not to lose my number of publications in a row"

Au revoir !
