我们不能用左手收到东西或者给别人东西，因为他们觉得用左手对别人代表没有礼貌， 尤其是老人。很多年轻人可能不知道这个习惯。因为此时，我每次看电视剧，看他们用左手，一开始很奇怪，但是慢慢不理的。

We are not allowed to receive things with our left hand or give things to others with our left hand, because people think using the left hand toward others is impolite, especially toward elders. Many young people may not know this custom anymore. Because of this, whenever I watch TV dramas and see people using their left hand, it feels strange at first, but gradually I stopped paying attention to it.
