既然是新年，我们都得有语言学习的目标。所以今天我想分享一个学习方法。

4/3/2 的用法是练习口语。因为我们跟别母语者说话的时候，可能不知道该用什么词，所以得练习。

4/3/2的意思是4分钟，3分钟和1分钟。你会用4分钟录你自己说外语，然后3分钟，最后2分钟 — 同一个话题。你可以自己批评，或者给一个母语者帮你批评。你听说过这个联系方式吗？

Since it’s the New Year, we all need to have language learning goals. So today, I want to share a learning method.

The 4/3/2 technique is used for practicing speaking. When we talk to native speakers, we often don't know which words to use, so we need to practice.

'4/3/2' stands for 4 minutes, 3 minutes, and 2 minute. You record yourself speaking a foreign language for 4 minutes, then 3 minutes, and finally 1 minute—all on the same topic. You can then critique yourself or have a native speaker help critique you. Have you heard of this practice method before?
