Today is my fourth diary entry.
I ate some peaches.
It was sweet and fresh.
Tomorrow is my day off, so I’m going to lunch with my friend.
We’re going to eat an açai bowl.
I’m looking forward to meeting her again after a month.

“Meeting her” sounds like you are meeting for the first time. You can say “meeting with her again” or “seeing her again”
