[Hunch]
The hunch derived from one's knowle
dge has a higher likelihood of accuracy.

someone else already mentioned this, but here is the definition of hunch: "a feeling or guess based on intuition rather than known facts". (it's usually not based on knowledge)

[Orthodox] Some beliefs thought to be orthodox will be obsolete someday.

[Incongruous]
All
of the members of this band are newbies.

They are makeing their debut today, so it is not surprising that their performance is incongruous./ not yet perfect / has a few mistakes

although I understand what you're trying to say, incongruous is not quite the right word here

[Torment]

-5 daily hours of work, I always take pleasure in excercise to get relaxed.

However, sometimes I overdo it and my muscles gets tormented.

this is okay to write, but note that the tone sounds sarcastic because "tormented" is such a strong word for the context

“Gets tormented” isn’t idiomatic. You could say, “Sometimes I overdo it and feel like I’ve tormented my muscles” (using “torment” in this way is humorous).

People talk about working "a 9-5 job" a lot, but the article is always there. Otherwise I would probably use "After working from 8-5, ..." or "After working 8 hours, ..."

However, sometimes I overdo it and my muscles gets tormented.

Feedback

I think all the words here are used properly, these are good example sentences! Hunch is probably the closest to being strange, but that's because people usually mean "hunch" as a synonym to feeling, guess, or intuition. It's usually not very accurate or based on knowledge. A common use would be:
Person 1: "I think it will rain today."
Person 2: "Why?"
Person 1: "I don't know, it's just a hunch."
