I guess you mean:
He was moved after reading it!

Sentences like the following are also acceptable:
他看了之后很感动！
it has the same meaning as “他看了很感动！”
“他看了很感动！” omits “之后”.

我开始学汉语因为我老公是中国人，他的爸妈不会说英语。(I started learning Chinese because my husband is Chinese and his parents can't speak English.)
我开始学汉语因为我老公是中国人，也是因为他的爸妈不会说英语。(I started learning Chinese because my husband is Chinese, and also because his parents don't speak English.)

I was a bit confused by the 也(also) in the second half of the sentence.
I'm not quite sure which meaning you're trying to convey, so I've put both of my guesses in. :)

我老公的妈妈现在在学英文。

妈妈现在在学英文= Mom is now learning English.
现在=now
在学英文=be learning English.
