今早，我去了散步。常常待在家裏對身體不好，需要出去走一走。今天的天氣我挺喜歡。因為是陰天，一點都不熱，而且有一陣陣風吹過來，非常舒服。我住在城市裏其中一個住宅區，所以附近就比較安靜。在散步的路上，我路過一個公園。有些小孩在玩耍，也有些老人家在練習太極拳。我在外面逛了二十分鐘才回家。雖然不熱，但還是出了點汗。如果明天天氣不差，也會出去逛逛。

This morning, I went for a walk. It's important to go out once in a while because staying inside all the time is not good your your health. Today's weather was pretty nice. Since it was cloudy, it wasn't hot in the slightest. There was also a gust of wind every now and then, so it was very pleasant. I live in one of the city's residential areas, it was very quiet. On my walk, I passed a park. The kids were playing around and the elderly were practicing Tai Chi. I walked outside for 20 minutes before coming home. Although it wasn't hot, I still sweated a little. If tomorrow's weather isn't bad, I'll also go for a walk.
