雖然我對很多書都感興趣，我最愛看小說。題材不重要，只要內容寫得好，主角有意思就行。兩年前，我發現自己平常看英文小說多。其實世界上有許多值得看的書，不是全用英文寫的，所以我就開始盡力找外國小說來看。雖然不是每本書都適合我，而且有時候翻譯得不好，但還算開闊眼界，挺有意思。我習慣從圖書館借書，因為借回來的書一定要還，無法拖延才會看。以前買回來的書，我放在房間的書架後就忘了，有些浪費。不過，我還喜歡去書店逛一逛，看一下最近有甚麼新小說受歡迎。覺得有趣的話，我會從圖書館借回來。

Although I'm interested in lots of different books, I love novels the most. The subject matter isn't important, as long as the story is well written and the characters are interesting. Two years ago, I realized I mostly read books written in English. There are so many books worth reading and most of they are written in other languages. From then on, I tried my best to read as many translated books as I can. Although not every book is to my taste and some aren't translated well, it still broadens my horizon and exposes me to many new authors I never would've discovered otherwise. I always borrow books from the library, because they have to be returned eventually and I have no excuse but to read them. In the past, I would buy books, put them on my bookshelf, and forget about them. It was a waste of money. That said, I still like browsing in bookstores to see what new books are popular. If they seem interesting, I'd borrow it from the library to read.
