我在兩年前的夏天去了倫敦。那是我第一次去歐洲。我去亞洲旅遊比較多，不是回香港探望親朋就是去日本或者台灣，所以對這次旅行特別期待。

我對藝術挺有興趣，就去了許多博物館。在倫敦，所有博物館都是免費入場，想看特別展覽才要付錢。其實我覺得免費展覽的東西已經夠多，一輩子都看不完，就沒有花錢買票。雖然只逗留了一個星期多，但差不多每天都去了一家博物館逛，總共去了六家。我尤其喜歡設計，所以最愛的就是 Victoria & Albert Museum。

除了去博物館逛，還跟一位在網上認識的朋友吃了幾次飯。我第一次跟她見面時，其實有點緊張，但過了一會就好像熟悉了好久。一邊吃飯一邊談話，時間就很快過去了。

在倫敦最難忘的一餐是在一家叫 Padella 的餐廳吃意大利麵。它們的菜式份量都是少，適合點幾碟來一起分享。價錢不貴，容易接受。我們一家去了兩趟才滿足。下次去倫敦，一定會再去。

Two summers ago, I went to London for a trip. That was my first time going to Europe. Prior to this trip, I've only traveled to different countries in East Asia, whether it's to Hong Kong to visit family and friends or to Japan and Taiwan.

I love art so I went to a lot of museums. In London, all of their museums have free admissions. You only need to pay if you want to see the special exhibits. I didn't buy any tickets, as there are so many things to see as is, more than I can ever get around to in a lifetime. Although I only stayed in London for a little over a week, I went to a new museum almost every day. In the end, I went to 6 museums in total. I'm especially interested in design so my favorite museum is the Victoria & Albert.

Other than going to museums, I also had dinner twice with a friend I met through the internet. I was a bit nervous the first time we met, but after a while it was like we've been hanging out for a very long time. We talked a lot and time passed by very quickly.

My most memorable meal in London was at a restaurant called Padella, which is famous for its pasta. Their portions are small and perfect for sharing. Their prices are actually pretty cheap, not bad at all. We went to eat there twice. I'll definitely go there again the next time I visit London.
