When used in the middle of a sentence, "unfortunately" will sound more natural after "I".

Further iLater, I went to training in the gym with my friend. Later, I went training in the gym with my friend.

You could say "furthermore" but it's a bit more formal and doesn't fit well with the style of this piece of writing

Further imore, I went to training in the gym with my friend. Furthermore, I went to train in the gym with my friend.

Further iLater, I went to training in the gym with my friend. Later, I went to train in the gym with my friend.

Further iThen, I went to training in the gym with my friend. Then, I went to train in the gym with my friend.

Further iThen, I went tofor training in the gym with my friend. Then, I went for training in the gym with my friend.

"a" is more commonly used when there is only one object, and sounds more natural. Also, "coffee" is generally uncountable, so you must put a counter before it. People do say "a coffee", but that is colloquial. For now, adding the counter is good practice.

After this hard training, we went to the cafe, where iI bought 1a croissant and 1a coffee. After this hard training, we went to the cafe where I bought a croissant and a coffee.

After this hard training we went to the cafe, where iI bought 1a croisant and 1a coffee. After this hard training we went to the cafe, where I bought a croisant and a coffee.

Aafter which I walked with my dog and further Ithen took a nap. after which I walked my dog and then took a nap.

"after which" generally appears in the middle of a sentence, instead of the front. I have edited the previous sentence to allow for this. Also, "walked my dog" is a set phrase. "walked with my dog" is not wrong, but less natural-sounding.

After which I walked with my dog and furthern, I took a nap. After which I walked my dog and then, I took a nap.

Repeating "took a nap" is a bit much, since you'd already used that phrase in the sentence right before this one. Also, "have spending" should be in the past tense. Last, it should be "a movie" instead of "the movie", since this is the first time you are introducing the movie.

After I took a nap, I have spendingt time with my family watching thea movie about cowboys. After I took a nap, I spent time with my family watching a movie about cowboys.

And it is aThat was the end of my day after thatnd we all went to sleep. That was the end of my day and we all went to sleep.

I omitted the first "and" because you have already used many adverbs and conjunctions at the start of sentences, which can quickly become repetitive. The sentence still works without it.

And it is at the end of mythe day, after that we all went to sleep. At the end of the day, we all went to sleep.

And it is and ofthat’s about my day as after that we all went to sleep. And that’s about my day as after that we all went to sleep.
