While walking around, I noticed a scaffold assembled from bolts, nuts, pipes, and steel plates for building repairs.
Each and every connection was tightened by hand—and a Makita, of course!
It’s an amazing thing to realize.
Taking this thought further, you see that all buildings are simply the accumulation of countless individuals' work.
We live because of many people's work.
We can see some of it, but we can't see most of it.
I respect these infrastructure workers.
Because I am an IT infrastructure worker, too.

We live because of many people's work. We live because of many people's work.
This sentence works but I think adding "are able to" would make it work even better, as in "We are able to live because of many people's work." Or if you want to be even more fancy, "We are able to live thanks to the fruits of many other people's labour."
We can see some of it, but we can't see most of it.
I respect these infrastructure workers.
Because I am an IT infrastructure worker, too.

There is a word in English for this emotion - sonder. It's defined as "the realization that each random passerby is living a life as vivid and complex as your own". It's kind of a "made up" word, in that it was specifically coined by an author (John Koenig) for his book of new words for niche/super specific emotions. But it got quite popular on social media after he published the book, and I quite like it, so I thought you might like it too :)
