I have a collection of short stories, The Way Spring Arrives, that features women and nonbinary authors. This collection of short stories features science fiction short stories and fantasy short stories. The most recent short story I read had an alien narrator. One part of the story was him explaining how his species (I don't know what was the right word for this, 族 or 種類) exterminated humanity. That alien narrator's job was to record the history of his species. He could write in different kinds of Sinitic languages.
