Finally my friend received my email and we will going to speak over skype because we have no speak for two months.

Finally mMy friend finally received my email and we willare going to speak over sSkype because we have not speakoken for two months. My friend finally received my email and we are going to speak over Skype because we have not spoken for two months.

"finally" goes better after "my friend". It is more normal to put the subject first in English. Future is "we will speak" or "we are going to speak". Past participle of speak is spoken so perfect tense is "we have spoken". "not" is used to make it negative you cannot use "no".

Finally mMy friend finally received my email andso we will going to speak over skype because w. We have not speakoken for two months. My friend finally received my email so we will speak over skype. We have not spoken for two months.

or, Finally, my friend received my email so we will speak over skype. Also, this sounds better to me separated into two sentences.

I can't wait to see him.

I can't wait to seepeak to him. I can't wait to speak to him.

to me "see him" would be "meet him face to face" rather than over the internet.
