I'd like to speak English naturally, and not like a textbook, so that would be helpful to correct me as accurately as possible so that I can speak like a native speaker!
It's alright if you change an entire sentence!
Are those prescription sunglasses?
No, they aren't.
Yesterday morning I had a Mister Donut. My favorite is called Angel Cream. They surprisingly have good tantanmen, but I didn't eat that because you couldn't take that out. I don't like to eat at stores.
I also did some research on Mister Donut and was surprised to find that there is only one store in the US, even though it is originally an American company. It is now a Japanese company, and there are 969 stores in Japan. But there seem to be a lot of doughnut stores in the U.S., so I thought they lost out to the competition.
I woke up at 5:30 a.m. today. But I went to bed at 2:00 a.m. yesterday, or rather today, so I'm going to be sleepy during the day.
One thing I do understand is that you're kind.
The time has finally come, right? I've been ready for it, tho.

I don't think you're technically wrong, but this makes it a little clearer what you're saying, especially if your reader doesn't know what Mister Donut is (I didn't).

Couldn't take what out?

This could also end with "so I'm going to be sleepy today."

I've been ready for it, though.
Depending on when you're saying this it might also be proper to say "But I am ready for it". "tho" technically isn't the correct spelling, but it's completely okay to use in informal contexts like a conversation with a friend. However, for formal writing stick to "Though"

Very good! The only real changes I made were stylistic.
