The summer sometime is really hot, around all green, sometimes, but everything is green. It's the best season ever. The summer is really hot sometimes, but everything is green. It's the best season ever.

I would make this two sentences and try to clarify what you want to say.

Add an "s" to sometimes. Not sure what you're trying to say by "all around green"

You don't need the word occurs and you don't need to repeat "colors" since you've written it already. There is context that allows the reader to understand you're talking about colors.

Not really a full sentence as you first put it, though if you're being poetic you could sometimes get away with leaving out "it is", it's not really standard

The winter is very cold, very much snow and long nights.

The winter is very cold, very muchwith a lot of snow and long nights. The winter is very cold, with a lot of snow and long nights.

The winter is very cold, very muchwith lots of snow and long nights. The winter is very cold, with lots of snow and long nights.

"very much snow" is understandable but doesn't sound quite right. A lot of snow or lots of snow would be better

The winter is very cold, very muchwith a lot of snow and long nights. The winter is very cold, with a lot of snow and long nights.

The winter is very cold, very muchthere is a lot of snow, and long nights. The winter is very cold, there is a lot of snow, and long nights.

"Very much snow" gets the point across and the meaning will be understood by English speakers. But, it's not grammatically correct and wouldn't be the natural way of speaking.

The winter is very cold, very much with a lot of snow and long nights. The winter is very cold with a lot of snow and long nights.

The winter is very cold, very muchwith a lot of snow and long nights. The winter is very cold, with a lot of snow and long nights.

"very much" isn't something that people use, since "much" is already a strengthener word and it sounds a little childish to stack them up like this. On top of that, when we're talking about volume, it's more natural to use "a lot of" here.
