Seeing My Cousin

I drove with my son for an hour to see my lovely cousin and her little son!
We hadn’t seen each other since last summer, so I was surprised how well her son could speak!
He’s 2 and a half years old, and my son is 4 years old.
They played and laughed together.
We wanted to talk more about our children, daily life, or something funny, but we had to stop talking so often because of our boys.
I thought it was proof I am a mother!

I hope I can see them again soon!

Thank you for the correction! I didn’t know which to use “how well” or “how good”, so I learned it now!
