Today I got a message from a man in Interpals. I wear hijab in my photo. But he sent me his picture and said "can I kiss you?."
I was shocked. How someone people think that's okay?

I don’t use Interpals and haven’t received messages like you’ve described, but I looked up the app and saw a review that said this:
“There are a lot of people who use it as a dating app- which is fine. But if you are not interested in romance, you can easily change your setting preferences for who can talk to you. You can choose options like Friendship/ Pen Pals/ Language Exchange/ etc. Then, anyone who has settings set to Romance or Flirting won’t be able to contact you. I’m enjoying it much better now.”
Perhaps you could check your preference settings in the app to confirm that they’re correct?

I chose "romance" because I wanted to find serious, respectful and kind guys. Not flirting, just good people.But now I understand what you mean. I will change it. Thank you again for helping me!
