Sugar

I don't really know the answer to this question, but for me, I have avoided eating sugar for many years. I don't know why, but I just don't want to eat it anymore. Of course, there is part of fear of getting diabetes. This topic reminds me of those old days. At that time, the living conditions were very poor and we could rarely eat sugar, so I often get proud if I could eat some sugar. I remember when I was young, there was some sugar in a bottle, but very little, and the bottle was put somewhere that was hard to find. Maybe it was just when our relatives visited us, our parents would treat them with sugar water. I forget since when I didn't eat sugar at all because nowadays, our living conditions have improved a lot, and we can eat at restaurants so often and eat fruit every day. You know, no matter what food is made in restaurants or what kind of fruits, they all contain a lot of sugar, so even if you don't eat sugar, there is still a lot of sugar- contained food in your daily life. Therefore, your body never lacks sugar nowadays. As for me, I don't like eating sugar because I always think that eating too much sugar is very harmful to one's health. Even if you don't eat sugar, your body doesn't lack sugar either.

Of course, there is part of fear of getting diabetes.

Of course, there is part ofly the fear of getting diabetes. Of course, there is partly the fear of getting diabetes.

I would word it as 'partly the fear'. You could also say '...there is the fear of getting diabetes' or '...part of it is the fear of getting diabetes' :)

Of course, there is part of it's partly due to a fear of getting diabetes. Of course, it's partly due to a fear of getting diabetes.

This topic reminds me of those old days.

This topic reminds me of those old days. This topic reminds me of the old days.

You're more likely to hear 'the old days' rather than 'those' :)

This topic reminds me of those old days. This topic reminds me of the old days.

At that time, the living conditions were very poor and we could rarely eat sugar, so I often get proud if I could eat some sugar.

At that time, the living conditions were very poor and we could rarely eat sugar, so I. So, I'd often get prouexcited if I could eat some sugar. At that time, the living conditions were very poor and we could rarely eat sugar. So, I'd often get excited if I could eat some sugar.

If living conditions were generally poor 'the living conditions' is ok. If you are talking about only your family then I would say 'our living conditions'. 'Proud' can mean pleased but most people will think you mean proud as in 'confident/high self-estem'. 'Excited' works better with the context or even 'happy' :)

At that timeBack then, the living conditions were very poor and we could rarely eat sugar, so I was often get prouexcited if I couldgot to eat some sugar. Back then, the living conditions were very poor and we could rarely eat sugar, so I was often excited if I got to eat some sugar.

I remember when I was young, there was some sugar in a bottle, but very little, and the bottle was put somewhere that was hard to find.

Swapped comma for 'and' :)

I forget when I stopped eat sugar completely because nowadays our living conditions have improved a lot and we can eat at restaurants often and eat fruit every day.

The first part of the sentence is understandable but I have changed it to how I would say it. Taken out a couple of commas also :)

I forget since when I dicouldn't eat sugar at all because nowadays, our living conditions have improved a lot, andso we can eat at restaurants so oftenwhenever we want and eat fruit every day. I forget when I couldn't eat sugar at all because nowadays, our living conditions have improved a lot, so we can eat at restaurants whenever we want and eat fruit every day.

You know, no matter what food is made in restaurants or what kind of fruits, they all contain a lot of sugar, so even if you don't eat sugar, there is still a lot of sugar- contained food in your daily life.

Added 'there are' to help it flow better :)

It was a bit redundant
