I rode my motorcycle to Hiyoshi Dam this morning. It is about 30 kilometers from my house. When I went through the countryside, it felt very good. It was cloudy today, and after I got home, it started to rain. I uploaded some photos on Instagram.

午前中、バイクで日吉ダムまで行きました。うちから30Kmくらいです。田舎を通ってると、とても気持ちが良かったです。今日は曇っていましたが、家に着くと雨が降り出しました。インスタに何枚か写真をアップロードしました。

You could be more descriptive. What specifically felt good? The sensations? Escaping the house? Adding specifics makes your English sound more natural.
It was cloudy today, and after I got home, it started to rain.
