You could really use an article here, although the meaning of the title isn't really clear...

On it's own, this sentence doesn't really work - it's grammatically correct, but needs to be joined with the second sentence to form a full sentence that makes logical sense

HeMy professor from the university was my supervisor in the creating process of creating my master thesis and. He gave me many hindts about how to become a manager after graduation. My professor from the university was my supervisor in the process of creating my master thesis. He gave me many hints about how to become a manager after graduation.

Apart from needing to form this as a single sentence, it wasn't too bad. It needed the word order changing slightly. Hints = tips / advice (Rat/Ratschäge). Better so use 'become', as you have to go through a process to get to be a manager, which takes time.
