Today was the father's day in Venezuela. My mother and me cooked a fish's salad for my father. He doesn't know anything and we surprised him. Was a great day and all of my family enjoyed it. Happy holiday!

This is a stylistic remark and not a grammatical one. But if you wanted to develop this story further, consider trying to describe the way the father felt before finding the surprise and the way he felt after, and how he expressed his gratitude. This would sound more natural, but obviously may require using more complicated language than you are able to right now.

"doesn't" is present tense. But, you're telling a story, so you should use past tense: "didn't"
