大学閉鎖
コロナウイルスがあるから僕の大学が閉鎖しまいまして、春休みは早く始まりました。それに春休みが終わったら学期の残りは対面の授業が続けてはだめです。全部の授業をオンラインのクラスに変わりました。僕の授業のほとんどはもうオンラインのですが、一つの対面の授業は日本語のです。日本語の先生はオンラインで教えたことがありませんから、試験と宿題を採点するのが大変かもしれません。今、前より日本語の対話がないかもしれないので、自分は （一人では？）やる気を保つために何かやることが必要です。この事態はもうすぐ終わるのが希望しています。
University Shutdown
Spring break started early because my university shut down due to the Coronavirus. Even after my spring break ends, classes held in person are not allowed to continue for the rest of the semester. All classes held in the university have changed to online classes. Most of my classes were already online, but the one class I had in person was my Japanese class. My Japanese teacher has never had to do this before, so I think it might be a challenge to test and grade our homework online. Because I will have less interaction with other students and my teacher, I need to do whatever I can to stay motivated on my own. I hope this situation will blow over soon.

So this is "が" instead of "を" because I am not the person changing the classes from in-person to online?

If the subject is the school you go to,
学校は全部の授業をオンラインのクラスに変えました=The school changed all the classes to online.

If "classes held in person are not allowed to continue for the rest of the semester" is translated to Japanese, your Japanese"学期の残りは対面の授業を続けてはだめです" is right. But we don't say that expression.
"continue" is a verb in your original sentence but my Japanese "引き続き" is kind of adverb.
学期の残りの授業について、引き続き対面式は禁止されます is natural to me.
Bu you could say, 学期の残りの授業において、対面式を続けて行うことはダメなのです that is close to your Japanese.
