Do you think you look your age?

I think I look my age, or possibly a little older. However, the bottom line is not only looking younger, but also being fresh inside. So I would always like to be curious and honest with myself. Cleanliness is also important, though.

I probably wouldn't have even corrected "the bottom line" if I hadn't seen the other correctors. It was a little out of place, but not especially.

However, ithe bottom line is not only looking younger, but also being fresh insider.

You set no precedent beforehand to justify using the "bottom line" . also both adjectives must be the same tense and form ( er )

So I would always like toI will always be curious and honest with myself.

Your tense is future not past.

CleanlinessBeing clean is also important, though.

Something present or future tension is needed here.

However, the bottom linekey consideration is not only looking younger, but also being fresh inside.

bottom line = usually, people only say this after thoroughly talking about 2 or more factors related to the topic (i.e. looking one's age), and often it involves comparing facts or opinions, so it feels a bit out of place here
