March 1, 2022
There is a new small garden near my home, where my friend says that flowers are blooming, and I have decided to visit there in the evening.
Spring is here, and a new month comes. In March, I plan to do my first TOPIC READING SCHEDULE, which means I would read books around a special topic. My topic is how to learn a second language. There is one reference book: Principles of Language Learning and Teaching. My professor said this book would help me learn profoundly and systematically about the core of language learning.
How incredible! In the past, I always lacked the confidence to handle language, although English is a required course, and I can get a high score on listening and reading tests through the cramming method. It all changed since I decide to go abroad, asking me to speak and write more. Through speaking practice, I develop my love of English. Sometimes people are talking like they are singing a rhythmic song. And I become to be more outgoing. I slowly understand the nature of LEARNING—learning is a behavior change, not just knowledge storage.

Or maybe you meant "the confidence to use other languages"? Either way, I'm super inspired haha! 🤩😂

Sometimes people are talking likespeak as though they are singing a rhythmic song.
Beautifully expressed, I actually prefer your version but it still needs a little edit: "Sometimes people are talking, and it's as if (or "and it's like") they are singing a rhythmic song."
This is such a huge inspiration for language learning isn't it? Languages sound so beautiful! I tried learning German for awhile, but I fell into a trap. I became so addicted to German music that I ended up just listening instead of studying!
This time, I'm going to use Audacity to record my voice repeating Korean sentences (with audio), so that I can directly compare my prosody with native speech. ✌️
And I become to be more outgoing.
