Tonight I read a book about how to learn English. This book is a collection of gurus' speeches. And an essay that says that we should keep writing, three or five sentences every day enough, but keeping is the most important thing.

"Guru" on its own is a religious teacher. I could be used ironically, especially in speech with "air quotes".

"I think it is right" means either "the book is right" or "it is right" in a very general sens. I've clarified it, but the change is not necessary.
