지금 뭐처럼 날씨?

지금 날씨는 조금 춥고 더워요. 제 나라에 날씨가 너무 혼란시켜요. 언젠가 덥는 것나 춥는 것나 비가 오는 것나 예요. 그런데 오늘은 상당히 따뜻해요.
따뜻하는 걸 좋으니까 보통은처럼 수업에 저는 안 추워요. 그리고 밖에세 택시를 기다릴 때 해가 저로 안 빛나요. 하지만 담요로 포장하는 걸 재미있으니까 춥기도 좋아해요.

What's today's weather like? or What will today's weather be like?

지금 날씨는 조금 춥고 더워요.

제 우리나라에는 날씨가 너무 ~~혼란시켜~~변덕스러워요.

Koreans often use the word '우리나라' instead of respective '저희 나라' or '제 나라' for some reason..^^
'변덕스럽다' is a verb that fits more to the subject of the sentence, '날씨', I think.

언~~젠가 덥는 것나 춥는 것나 비가 오는 것나 예~~제나 덥거나 춥거나 비가 와요.

I'm not sure how to explain, but this seems like a more natural way of saying it,,

그런데 오늘은 상당히 따뜻해요.

~~따뜻하는 걸 좋으니까~~저는 따뜻한 게 좋아요. 보통은 때처럼 수업에 저는 안 추워요.

I like warm weather. I am not cold in class, as usual.
('니까' would be like 'because I like warm weather, I'm not cold ' so I took it out )^^

그리고 밖에세서 택시를 기다릴 때 ~~해가 저~~햇빛이 별로 안 빛나비춰요.

'별로' means like 'not that much'. I think it sounds better this way ^^

하지만 담요~~로 포장하~~를 두르는 걸건 재미있으니까 춥기저는 추운 것(or 추운 날씨) 도 좋아해요.

^^ It is kind of hard to explain sometimes because it just sounds better a certain way, and I'm so used to it. So many of them are 'Usage' Type corrections, I think.
