1. 어제 해리와 메건의 인터뷰는 봤어요?
네, 티비를 보면서 접시를 씻었어요.
2. 민정 씨, 왜 피곤하십니까?
어젯밤 제 동생은 돌보면서 숙제를 했어요.
3. 여보세요?
안녕 언니! 저는 심심해요. 뭐 해요?
나는 책을 읽는 동안 남자친구는 영화를 봐요.
4. 음식이 어디 있어요?
지성이는 칩를 가져오는 동안 정인이는 피자를 사요.
5. 안녕하세요 유리 씨! 요즘 잘 지냈어요?
너무 바빠요! 시간이 없어요. 지금 점심을 먹으면서 일해요!
6. 수업이 오전 여덟 시에 시작했어요?
네, 저는 정말 늦어요! 그래서 걷으면 아침을 먹어요.

1. 어제 해리와 메건의 인터뷰는 봤어요 보셨어요? / 보았니? /봤니?
'는' is used like 'is' , and with '를' or by omitting 를, the sentence will mean 'to watch the interview..' ^^
'봤어요?' is grammatically correct, but it's used less frequently than the alternatives. (I think it's because it sounds too casual, haha.)
네, 티비를 보면서 접시를 씻었어요.
어젯밤 제 동생은을 돌보면서 숙제를 했어요.
Same for here ^^ . 동생'을' 돌보다 means 'to take care of my little brother/sis', while '은' means 'is'.

' 지성 brings 칩. ' --> 칩 is an object of the sentence. (the person or thing that receives the action of the verb)
So '가' suits more than '는' which is like ' is '.
Also, the word, '칩' has 받침 'ㅂ', so '을' would be right, instead of '를' .:)

요즘 잘 지냈어요?
너무 바빠요!
시간이 없어요.
지금 점심을 먹으면서 일해요!
6. 수업이 오전 여덟 시에 시작했어요?
네, 저는 정말 늦어요! or 많이 늦었어요 if you'd like to say I 'was' very late for the class, in past tense.
그래서 걷걸으면서 아침을 먹어요.
걸으면 would mean like 'if I walk, I have breakfast':)
7. 저는 너무 행복해요!
왜요?
저는제'가' 세탁기를 고치는 동안 경훈이는 집을 청소했어요.
'는' again is like 'is' : ))
However, the second '는' is correct, because it comes after the phrase, 'While I was fixing the washing machine'; it implies that 경훈 did something different than what I did. ( Wow, I now realize how '는' can be confusing, haha. )
Sometimes '을' is omitted after a noun, but I think it's more natural with '집을', here.

네.
저는 들으면서 필기를 합니다. or it might be better if you mention what you listen to . ^^

If you don't mind, can I ask why in the second clause it is still '정인이는' and not '정인이가'?

Oh,, it is the same logic as 제'가' 세탁기를 고치는 동안 경훈이'는' 집을 청소했어요.
Since 지성's action was mentioned first, when you mention 정인이 buying pizza, '는' implies that 정인이 did something different than 지성...
Wow, I see how this can be confusing from your point.^^
But does it make sense now? If 정인 was mentioned first, It'd be :
정인이가 피자를 사는 동안 지성이는 칩을 가져왔어요.
지성이가 칩을 가져오는 동안 정인이가 피자를 사요.
is grammatically correct as well, but I would prefer 정인이는, to imply/ convey(?) the situation that they are doing different things.
It's more natural .

As you probably know, Natives might be not the best ones to explain grammar because they naturally use the language without thinking about it .. TT So I haven't actually thought about this before, haha.. but this's my best try TTT lol.
