오늘 저는 토할 것 같았어요. 약 먹고 기분이 나아졌어요. 저는 TV를 봤어요. 제 친구 저에게 제안했기 때문에 닥터후의 여섯 번째 에피소드를 봤어요. 이 에피소드는 이름이 펀자브의 악마들에요. 이 에피소드는 날 울게 만들었어요.
Today I felt sick. I took medicine then I felt better. I watched TV. Because my friend suggested it to me, I watched the 6th episode of Doctor Who. This episode is called "Demons of the Punjab." This episode made me cry.

Other than -에요 and -이에요, you have made zero mistakes. The changes are simply made to make it sound more natural, in other words, in the way I would say. I am not and never will be a model representative, but I did my best and you will not sound like a non-native speaker if you say things like I would. Again, great job!

I'd start with not using the subject in every sentence. It might be necessary for English but in Korean it isn't most of the time.
